Momenteel ben ik in Portugal om deel te nemen aan het kwalificatietoernooi van het $10.000-toernooi in Vale do Lobo. Vandaag heb ik mijn tweede ronde partij (de eerste ronde had ik een bye)  tegen Yaroslava Zhischchenko(RUS) gewonnen. Het was een zware pot die ruim drie uur duurde, het werd 6-7(5) 7-5 7-6(6). Het kwalificatietoernooi heeft een schema van 128 en ik bevind me nu bij de laatste 32. Dat betekent dat ik nog twee rondes moet winnen om me te kwalificeren voor het hoofdtoernooi. Na Vale do Lobo zal ik ook spelen in Albufeira en Portimão. Alledrie de toernooien hebben een kwalificatieschema van 128 en worden gespeeld op hardcourt.
